Job description

JOB VACANCY – TELECALLER (Basic English, Hindi & Kannada) This role follows a strict attendance policy. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Explain company services/products clearly to customers. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs, follow-up sheets, and daily work reports. Convert inquiries into leads or appointments. Update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management. Qualifications: Basic communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada. Minimum education: 12th pass. Freshers or experienced telecallers can apply. Good listening, patience, and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM). Must work from office — No Work From Home. Work Schedule & Leave Policy: 6 days working (Monday–Saturday) Strict leave policy Only 2 emergency leaves allowed per quarter Unapproved leaves will impact performance and employment Punctuality and regular attendance are mandatory
