Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Execute purchase plans to ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements • Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and order placement • Monitor inventory levels and oversee material handling and storage • Coordinate with design, execution, and accounts teams for smooth procurement and billing process • Maintain purchase records, track deliveries, and ensure quality compliance Requirements: • 1–2 years of proven experience in purchase and material handling, preferably in interior design, construction, or manufacturing industry • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills • Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes • Detail-oriented with good communication and documentation skills
