Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines before finalizing orders. Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality. Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Address supply chain disruptions and manage shortages efficiently. Compliance & Documentation Ensure procurement follows company policies and industry regulations. Maintain proper documentation for purchases, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts. Conduct audits to verify procurement procedures and supplier compliance. Analysis & Reporting Maintain procurement records and generate reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance. Analyze data to improve purchasing strategies. Present insights to management for better decision-making. Cross Team Cordination Coordinate with finance, operations, and production teams to understand purchasing needs.
