The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. You will be a key player in expanding our market presence and building long-lasting strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with potential enterprise clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold outreach, industry events, referrals). Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for target enterprise accounts, understanding their business challenges, strategic objectives, and decision-making processes. Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present compelling, tailored solutions that address client pain points and demonstrate clear ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations, prepare proposals, and close significant enterprise deals. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively position our solutions. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Achieve & Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of [X] years of proven success in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
