Job description

Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Development ● Create compelling visual content for social media platforms including posts, stories, reels, and advertisements ● Design and develop brand identities including logos, brand guidelines, color schemes, and visual style guides ● Develop innovative packaging designs that align with brand strategy and market positioning ● Produce high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and promotional materials ● Design user interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms ● Create wireframes, prototypes, and clickable mockups for digital projects Collaboration & Project Management ● Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive visual solutions ● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards ● Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs based on project requirements ● Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and touchpoints Research & Innovation ● Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies ● Research user needs and preferences to create user-centered designs ● Adapt designs for various mediums including digital, print, and multimedia platforms Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency ● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and image editing ● Strong expertise in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design work ● Proficiency in CorelDRAW for vector graphics and print design ● Knowledge of preparing files for print production and digital deployment
