Key Responsibilities Online Campaign Management Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Drive online bookings and enhance brand visibility. SEO & SEM Optimize hotel websites and landing pages for higher rankings and visibility. Manage paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI. Social Media Management Develop engaging content for offers, events, and brand storytelling. Handle comments, inquiries, and reviews in a timely manner. Content Creation & Branding Create blogs, videos, reels, and photos showcasing hotel facilities and experiences. Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Execute email campaigns for promotions, events, and loyalty programs. Use WhatsApp Business for customer engagement and confirmations. Website & Booking Portals Update hotel websites with offers, events, and seasonal packages. Manage listings on OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, etc.). Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance via Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Share monthly reports with actionable insights. Reputation Management Monitor and respond to guest reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs. Ensure strategies for high ratings and positive feedback. Collaboration Work with the Sales & Events team to support bookings, weddings, and corporate events. Industry Awareness Stay updated with latest digital marketing tools, hospitality trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (hospitality preferred). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and OTA portals. Creative content development skills (social media, video, blogs, reels). Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
