Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into clients • Conduct site visits and client meetings, understanding project requirements • Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover • Identify new business opportunities and work on market expansion Requirements: • 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions • Result-driven with a focus on targets and revenue generation
