Key Responsibilities Analyse business goals, market trends, and consumer behaviour to develop tailored digital marketing strategies. Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, whatsapp/email marketing, and content marketing. Guide and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Provide strategic direction to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, website sales and customer acquisition. Monitor and optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Conduct regular performance reviews of campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep marketing strategies competitive. Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences. Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in business analysis and strategic planning. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, analytics, and performance metrics. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality outcomes. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM software. Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Certification in digital marketing or related areas (preferred).
