About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in the Django framework and a solid foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex problems, experienced with competitive programming platforms like LeetCode, and able to handle advanced Python challenges with ease. Key Responsibili1es 1. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Django framework). 2. Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code following best practices. 3. Solve complex programming problems involving DSA concepts (arrays, graphs, dynamic programming, etc.). 4. Work on real-world challenges requiring logical thinking and algorithmic optimization. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 6. Debug, optimize, and improve application performance. 7. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing. Requirements 1. 2–5 years of experience in Python development (Django framework required). 2. Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (should have solved problems on platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank). 3. Proven ability to solve hard-level Python/DSA problems. 4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). 5. Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and deployment workflows is a plus. 6. Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and eagerness to take on challenges. Good to Have 1. Exposure to GeoDjango or spatial databases. 2.
