Job Title: Purchase Executive Location: Vasna bhayali road, Vadodara Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 2–3 years in procurement for architecture / interior or construction projects ________________________________________ About the Role: We are seeking a Purchase Executive to manage the end-to-end procurement process for our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, material sourcing, cost control, and timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth project execution. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Handle the procurement of all project-related materials, finishes, and furniture as per approved specifications. • Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms for quality and cost efficiency. • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites. • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory levels. • Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure material requirements are met within project timelines. • Track and verify vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment processing. • Identify new vendors, materials, and market trends to enhance procurement efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. ________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred). • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the architecture, interior, or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes. • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ________________________________________ Compensation: CTC: ₹1.4 – ₹2.4 LPA (based on experience and skill level) ________________________________________ What We Offer: • Exposure to premium architecture and interior projects. • A professional and growth-oriented work environment. • Opportunity to work with leading vendors and industry professionals. ________________________________________ To Apply: Send your updated CV to studioinsideoutbyhs@gmail.com with the subject line “Application for Purchase Executive – [Your Name]”.
