Experience Required: 1–2 years Employment Type: Full-time ### Key Responsibilities: * Assist in concept design, schematic drawings, and detailed design development. * Prepare accurate working drawings, construction documents, and coordination drawings. * Create 3D models, views, and visualizations using SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). * Support senior architects in preparing presentations, mood boards, and client deliverables. * Coordinate with consultants (MEP/Structural) for integration of services in design. * Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports when required. * Ensure adherence to building bye-laws, codes, and project timelines. ### Skills & Competencies: * Proficiency in SketchUp, rendering plug-ins/software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar). * Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for working drawings. * Basic understanding of construction details and materials. * Ability to translate concepts into visuals and detailed drawings. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Team player with strong attention to detail. ### Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural design and drawings. * Portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and working drawing capabilities. ### What We Offer: * Opportunity to work on diverse projects (residential, commercial, interiors, etc.). * Mentorship and professional growth under experienced architects. * Collaborative and creative studio environment.
