Job description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients, handling online enquiries, and ensuring effective lead conversion through consistent follow-up and communication Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Outreach & Appointment Scheduling: • Call and fix appointments with architects and interior designers to present company products and services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with the A&D (Architects & Designers) community. 2. Corporate Engagement: • Approach corporates, purchase heads, admin, and HR heads for potential business opportunities. • Maintain a database of corporate clients and ensure regular follow-ups. 3. Lead Management & Conversion: • Handle IndiaMART account, respond to enquiries promptly, share quotations, and close retail leads. • Attend to Google enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders. 4. Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment schedules in CRM or designated tools. • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and conversions. Skills • Experience: 1–3 years in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation. Experience in furniture/interior industry will be an added advantage. • Skills: • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). • Ability to handle multiple leads and work under deadlines. • Basic understanding of IndiaMART and online lead generation platforms. Short Key Responsibilities: • Call & schedule meetings with architects & interior designers • Approach corporates (Purchase, Admin, HR heads) • Handle IndiaMART enquiries – share quotations & close leads • Manage Google enquiries & convert into business
