Job description

Make sure site visits are as per the check list.  Study drawings before going to site and ensure that it followed correctly.  Supervise on-site and projects, both residential & commercials.  Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.  Verify drawings are as per the measurements.  Never entertain client to change design.  Maintain proper documentation of projects.  Coordinating with Client in all site work activities.  Raise and discuss relevant issues to site coordinator and resolve all.  Prepare audit report after site visits and share in client WhatsApp group.  Inform site updation and client clarifications in client WhatsApp group.  Schedule site visits together with site coordinator.  Flexible to work in holidays, if situation demands.  Always make sure clients are satisfied Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
