Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator for our small office in Mysore. The candidate will handle day-to-day administrative and clerical activities to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle basic office administration and documentation Maintain files, records, and registers Answer phone calls and manage emails Coordinate with staff, vendors, and visitors Manage office supplies and inventory Perform basic data entry and reporting Support management with routine office tasks Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred) Organized, punctual, and responsible Ability to work independently Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
