Job Summary: • We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented candidate to handle online product sales and marketplace operations (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, or company website). • The candidate should have good knowledge of product listing, pricing, promotion, customer handling, and order management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms. • Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords. • Handle inventory updates, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. • Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for order processing and issue resolution. • Analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and competitor data to improve results. • Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns efficiently. • Implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility and conversions. • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and performance reports. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3–10 years of experience in online product sales or e-commerce operations. • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and digital marketing basics. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools. • Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple product lines. Qualification: • Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. • Additional certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce Management preferred.
