We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities and manage supplier relationships effectively. Material Requirements: Analyze drawings and assess material needs, ensuring accurate requisition submissions to facilitate timely procurement. Vendor Evaluation: Assess and qualify suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability. Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analyses to determine the best procurement options within budgetary constraints. Negotiation: Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable contract terms. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to verify purchased materials meet required standards. Order Management: Manage the ordering process from requisition to delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships for cost optimization. Technical Liaison: Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve technical specifications and issues. Contract Management: Oversee supplier contracts, aligning them with both short-term needs and long-term objectives. Qualifications: Male candidates only. Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in real estate. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
