Job description

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Reels Editor to design compelling visual content for social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to craft attention-grabbing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social content formats. Key Responsibilities: Design static and motion graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Conceptualize and edit reels, shorts, and video content for clients’ social media pages Work closely with the content, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand brand tone Ensure consistency in branding, color schemes, typography, and layout Stay updated with social media trends, filters, transitions, and editing styles Deliver creative content under tight deadlines while maintaining quality Manage and organize design files and projects using cloud or project management tools Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva, CapCut, etc. Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and typography Experience in designing reels, carousel posts, and ad creatives Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines A strong portfolio is a must Bonus Points: Experience working with brands or digital agencies Knowledge of motion graphics or animation Ability to shoot and direct short-form video content Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to work with premium clients and growing brands Creative freedom & collaborative team culture Performance bonuses and learning opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
