Core Responsibilities Executive Support & Scheduling: Manage the Director's schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel. Line up candidate interviews with the Director based on available slots. Accounting & Invoicing: Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoice follow-up with clients and processing invoice payments to partners/freelancers. HR & Payroll Management: Maintain daily attendance, leaves, and payroll records. Process employee revenue reimbursement. Reporting & Communication: Update the Director on a regular basis regarding accounting, HR status, and other key functions. Draft official correspondence and maintain filing systems. Logistics & General Admin: Manage office supplies and equipment.
