Position: Experienced Ads Manager We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, creative strategy thinking, and proven experience in delivering measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning. Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure cost efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS). Prepare performance reports and insights with clear recommendations. Implement retargeting funnels and conversion optimization strategies. Stay updated with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform policies. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaign execution. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing paid ad campaigns. Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video). Hands-on experience with Pixel/Tracking, Analytics, and Conversion API. Excellent understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with E-commerce, Lead Generation, and Brand Campaigns. Knowledge of automation tools, marketing funnels, and CRM integration. Certification in Meta / Google Ads is a plus.
