Job location: New Delhi , Delhi, India
Responsibilities: Assist in concept design, schematic drawings, and detailed design development. Prepare accurate *working drawings*, construction documents, and coordination drawings. Create 3D models, views, and visualizations* using SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). Support senior architects in preparing presentations, mood boards, and client deliverables. Coordinate with consultants (MEP/Structural) for integration of services in design. Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports when required. Ensure adherence to building byelaws, codes, and project timelines. Skills * Proficiency in *SketchUp*, rendering plug-ins/software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar). * Strong knowledge of *AutoCAD* for working drawings. * Basic understanding of *construction details and materials*. * Ability to translate concepts into visuals and detailed drawings. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Team player with strong attention to detail. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch). * 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural design and drawings. * Portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and working drawing capabilities.
