Job description
As a Product Management Intern, you will learn how to play a crucial role in supporting our product management team in the development and implementation of innovative solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and to contribute to the creation of impactful products that meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to provide insights that inform product strategy and development. • Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting and documenting product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and technical teams. • RFI Process Support: Help in the creation and management of Requests for Information (RFIs) to gather essential information from potential suppliers and vendors. Ensure clarity and completeness of RFI documents. • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to support the development and execution of product roadmaps. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on product features and functionalities. • Project Management: Assist in the coordination of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Track progress and provide regular updates to the product management team. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of product development processes, decisions, and outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • User Testing and Feedback: Support user testing initiatives to gather feedback on product prototypes and iterations. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between product management and other departments. Ensure alignment and understanding of product goals and objectives. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Basic understanding of product management principles and practices. • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus. • Passion for technology and innovation in the bidding solutions space.
