Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling our recruiting and sourcing services to businesses of all sizes. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our recruiting and sourcing services. Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for senior sales representatives. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their talent acquisition needs and providing tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the latest recruiting practices. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn. Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships over the phone and email. Ability to listen actively and identify client needs. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred but not required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
