Job Summary We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services online. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. You will work across various digital platforms to execute marketing strategies, monitor performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for the best results. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, display advertising, and more. Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and create engaging content for the company’s social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to maximize ROI. Content Strategy: Create and manage the company’s content calendar, producing content for blogs, emails, social media posts, and website updates to support overall marketing goals. Email Marketing: Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Report on performance and make recommendations for improvement. PPC Campaigns: Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising on Google, Bing, and social platforms, ensuring effective targeting, budgeting, and conversion tracking. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with design, content, and sales teams to develop digital marketing materials that align with campaign goals. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve and innovate the company’s digital marketing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role, ideally 2+ years. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with the ability to measure and report on the success of digital campaigns. Excellent communication and writing skills. Creativity and a passion for digital marketing innovation. Preferred Skills Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools. Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is an advantage. Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing courses is a plus.
